Empowering the youth is essential for the development of the society as well as for the growth of an individual. Empathy facilitates harnessing and nurturing of Underprivileged youth’s infinite potential and energy for their development and prosperity thereby making them envoy of positive social change. Empathy empowers youth through the 3E Formula: Encourage, Educate and Employ. the focus area on which Empathy works to empower youth are :

Aims & Objectives
The aims & objectives of Empathy Foundation are focused on bringing cheer to the faces of the rural/urban folk.Towards this direction the foundation works through following concepts:
- Improving infrastructure in rural schools managed by local & state administrative bodies such as Grampanchayat, Zilla Parishad, Nagar Pallika.
- Providing benefits of modern medicine to their doorstep through Medical Camps/ Eye Camps.
- Identifying & helping to build necessary infrastructure for the benefits of Rural/ Urban poors.
- To Provide water for both drinking & other purposes in village affected by Drought condition i.e.Latur, Beed, Jalna.
