‘Child Education Program’ (CEP) has been working for 25 years to ensure quality elementary education for children, especially girls and those from marginalized communities, to help them become the leaders and change-makers of the future. We see education as an imperative tool for girls to realize their maximum potential by gaining crucial skills and dispositions that set them on the path of social and economic empowerment.

Aims & Objectives
The aims & objectives of Empathy Foundation are focused on bringing cheer to the faces of the rural/urban folk.Towards this direction the foundation works through following concepts:
- Improving infrastructure in rural schools managed by local & state administrative bodies such as Grampanchayat, Zilla Parishad, Nagar Pallika.
- Providing benefits of modern medicine to their doorstep through Medical Camps/ Eye Camps.
- Identifying & helping to build necessary infrastructure for the benefits of Rural/ Urban poors.
- To Provide water for both drinking & other purposes in village affected by Drought condition i.e.Latur, Beed, Jalna.
