Empathy’s Health interventions work to improve the access to quality healthcare services for the poor and marginalised communities. By identifying the root causes of healthcare challenges, we work at the individual, community, and systemic levels to develop innovative solutions and help implement quality healthcare services. The ambit of our work includes improving of maternal and reproductive health, child health and nutrition, and early identification and treatment of communicable diseases.
The need of the hour is thus a two pronged approach – first to bring quality healthcare services to doorsteps of the needy and second to promote healthcare awareness and contemporary healthcare seeking behavior among the underprivileged. In such a scenario a mobile healthcare services delivery system is the most practical mechanism.
Aims & Objectives
The aims & objectives of Empathy Foundation are focused on bringing cheer to the faces of the rural/urban folk.Towards this direction the foundation works through following concepts:
- Improving infrastructure in rural schools managed by local & state administrative bodies such as Grampanchayat, Zilla Parishad, Nagar Pallika.
- Providing benefits of modern medicine to their doorstep through Medical Camps/ Eye Camps.
- Identifying & helping to build necessary infrastructure for the benefits of Rural/ Urban poors.
- To Provide water for both drinking & other purposes in village affected by Drought condition i.e.Latur, Beed, Jalna.
